Balsamic Braised Kale

Ingredients

1 Bunch Kale

2 Cloves garlic (mined)

1 Teaspoon Crushed Red pepper

¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar 

2 Tablespoons Olive oil or animal fat

Salt to taste

 

Directions:

Pre heat sauté pan

Mince 2 Cloves of garlic

Cut kale into ribbons 

Add fat to pan

Add garlic and crushed red pepper

Stirring garlic and pepper frequently

Once you can smell the garlic add the kale

Cook kale for about 2 minutes mixing in the garlic

After about 2 minutes add balsamic and let it reduce half takes about 3-5 minutes
